越勞搶夜歸婦NEW ONE手機 試打漏饀被捕。

【朱俊彥／台中報導】22日晚間近11時，阮姓婦人拿著新買的HTC new one手機，在台中市南區復興路邊走邊講電話，突遭越男籍男子丁功福(32歲)騎單車，飛車從後方搶手機後逃逸。
 
警方據報後調閱路口監視器及手機通聯記錄，掌握搶嫌特徵及手機被搶後，丁男曾用她的手機撥打一通電話給朋友，今日中午循線在丁男位在大慶街租屋處將他逮捕，起出作案的單車，衣褲及搶得的手機。
 
丁男供稱，他是今年五月間台來在一家機械零件工廠工作，當天因看到婦人拿著高貴新型的手機，很想要買不起，一時心生歹念將手機搶走，得手後不敢馬上拿出來用，暫時藏在床底下，沒想要會被發現。訊後被依搶奪罪嫌送辦。
