(易位思考)請問手上有房的人,房子跌多少您就會賣?

邏輯怪怪的，假如今天1000萬買了個房子，明天有人問你800萬賣不賣，後天有人問你600萬賣不賣，大後天有人問你400萬賣不賣，除非你急著要脫手，要不然答案一定是（不要賣），為何有房子的人非得賠錢賣？是樓主的話願意嗎？

很多人都說房價會跌個40，50%，假如真的跌這麼多的話，有多少人敢下手，不怕繼續跌嗎？
這廿年來，真的有比較大幅的跌幅（10〜20%），只有SARS和雙卡風暴那時期，國外則是次貸危機時，這些都是會造成經濟受衝擊的事（至少股市會大跌），當大環境經濟不好時，你還願意把儲蓄拿來買房子嗎？

另一方面像10幾年前，很多銀行推出9成到10成房貸時，那時就有很多所謂的專家說房價會崩潰，但結果卻是若那時有用低成本買房的話，現在房價至少都把利息賺回來了
