[問題] 這樣算是壁刀嗎？

想請問一下，最近看了一間房子。
在巷子裡的角落，剛好跟隔壁大樓有大約1米的間隔，
那一戶剛好是在角落跟隔壁大樓面切的那一邊。
印象沒記錯應該是剛好切到主臥的位置。
想請問一下這樣算壁刀嗎？像這樣的房子有沒有什麼風水上的問題？
