薪酸 去年83.8%廠商沒調薪

根據主計處統計，2012年有83.8%的廠商沒有幫員工調薪，比起前一年大增6.2%，甚至有0.9%的廠商減薪，許多受薪階級的民眾就說，沒調薪只能處處省，更有熟食攤的老闆痛批，政府物價控制差，讓他們利潤下降，怎麼有辦法幫員工調薪。

熟食攤位裡頭，員工站在包裝機前，將一隻隻的醉雞腿封裝，準備拿到櫃檯銷售，還要忙著整理檯面上的菜和招呼客人，這工作時間從早上8點忙到晚上6點，月薪3萬元上下，只是殷勤工作卻很難等到老闆加薪。

廚房的員工也不輕鬆，一顆顆獅子頭冷凍準備隔天要炸，在廚房工作的師傅，每天要忍受高溫油炸高溫，一工作起來，也是10個小時跑不掉。

但老闆也不是不想幫員工加薪水，只是現在景氣真得太差，生意不好做，只能用獎金補貼，受薪族真的很薪酸，因為根據主計處公佈的數據，2012年未幫員工調薪的廠商高達83.8%，比起2011年大增6.2%，甚至有0.9%的廠商減薪，要員工共體時艱。

薪資成長停滯不前，實質薪水倒退16年前水準，一般老百姓生活實在越來越辛苦。
