【綜合報導】國光客運今起一連3天推出台北至宜蘭免費搭車優惠，現場湧進約600名排隊民眾搶票，業者疑因準備不足免費票券，讓民眾火大不已，大罵「超爛！」情緒激動的民眾，甚至一度擋住客運的路，不讓發車。

現在民眾和國光客運人員言語衝突不斷，林太太激動地批頭就罵「超爛！」指出今天凌晨3、4點就有人開始排隊，國光人員票發到一半換手，卻突然說發光了，痛斥國光「說謊！胡扯騙大眾！」

國光員工一度宣布活動暫停，引來民眾怒罵，最後國光改發1個月內票卷，平息眾人怒氣。
