公車路線圖設計不友善　折騰台北人

【郭美瑜／台北報導】台北市議員戴錫欽接到民眾投訴，指北市多數公車站牌張貼的公車路線圖，不僅字體過小，且張貼處距地面太近，民眾查詢公車路線得彎腰，甚至要拿放大鏡才看得清楚，雖向市府投訴，卻老是得到「站牌及路線圖版面有限，致使字小並須張貼低處」的回應，戴錫欽質疑，北市街道家具公車路線圖、長廊式公車候車亭的公車圖都貼在低處，設計及張貼很不便民，除會影響民眾搭公車意願，也使台灣很難成為銀髮友善城市。  

北市公運處科長陳文粹表示，會再研究路線圖高度，字體大小日後將規範為0.5×0.5公分的大小。
