新人事　林火燈出任證交所總經理

記者楊伶雯／台北報導

證交所人事異動，董事會決議通過，推舉李述德續任董事長，另外，聘林火燈為總經理；第1次監察人會議也推舉吳中書為常駐監察人。

證交所第18屆董事包括臺銀代表人張明道、土銀代表人王耀興、台電代表人林宏遠、兆豐銀代表人蔡友才、中華開發代表人劉紹樑、台泥代表人張安平、元大寶來證券張立秋、富邦證代表人史綱、永豐餘投控代表人何壽川，及主管機關指派的李述德、林火燈、黃清苑、劉連煜、余尚武、曾宛如等人。

監察人有彰化銀行代表人陳淮舟、齊魯企業代表人薛立言及主管機關指派吳中書等。

證交所分別召開第18屆第1、2次董事會，推舉李述德續任董事長，聘林火燈為總經理，新舊任總經理交接預計在7/1日舉行。
