國貿局評估：服貿協議壯大台商實力

經濟部國貿局副局長徐大衛今天說，服務貿易協議的簽署，可以壯大將近二○○萬目前在大陸的台商實力。

民主進步黨立法院黨團上午召開「兩岸服務貿易協議對我國產業與就業之衝擊影響」公聽會，高雄市男子理燙髮商業同業公會理事長游讚文說，在台灣大型企業的髮型設計薪資新台幣五萬起跳，大陸設計師三萬起跳，開放理燙髮業登台，台灣小規模理髮店怎麼生存？

台北市中藥商業同業公會常務理事馬逸才也說，台灣百分之九十以上中藥材由大陸供應，開放大陸中藥材業者來台與台灣中藥商競爭，「我們還能存活嗎？」

陸委會經濟處長李麗珍說，服貿協議沒有開放涉及專業證照部分，開放部分包括大陸人士來台從事商務活動、跨國企業內部調動等都是現在已經開放的項目；對於外界憂慮假商務之名在台工作一事，李麗珍說，會持續嚴格審查、處理。

經濟部國貿局副局長徐大衛說，立法院下個會期開議，經濟部會提供更完整、詳細的產業評估，經濟部將辦五場說明會，七月份有二十三場論壇，會續與相關業者溝通。他說，服務貿易協議的簽署一定有好處，也會影響某些產業，經評估服貿協議可協助在中國大陸約二○○萬名台商壯大實力。
