男破壞水泥柱欲偷鋼筋　里長制止遭攻擊

【王勇超／高雄報導】高市吳姓男子（65歲），昨日下午騎腳踏車到楠梓區久昌街空地，拿鐵鎚敲打破壞空地圍籬的水泥柱，要偷走水泥柱中的鋼筋。當地盛昌里里長吳振義發現上前制止，吳嫌竟與里長扭打，還拿圓鍬攻擊里長，里長奪下圓鍬時，反遭對方勒住脖子、用拳頭打傷。警方接獲民眾報案趕抵現場，當場逮捕吳嫌。吳嫌供稱，因缺錢才想偷鋼筋變賣。警方訊後將全案依準強盜案移送法辦。
