急20點!win7錄人聲內建錄音或goldwave錄較好?

最近需要幫短片人聲配音，因為資源有限所以應該會用電腦錄再後製到短片上。
win7ｕ有內建的錄音機，我自己也有下載goldwave5.55版並且中文化了，想問一下擅長的大大用哪個錄人聲效果比較好呢？可以的話也請教一下錄的方式，希望音質能好一些，以利後續的除雜音等後製作業進行，謝謝！！！
