2.契約或承諾相對人:深圳市騰訊計算機系統有限公司

4.契約或承諾起迄日期(或解除日期):104/02/28
5.主要內容(解除者不適用):本公司同意將擁有之錄音及視聽著作權的公開傳輸權(信息網絡傳播權)，除特定對象外，於中國大陸地區(不含台港澳)獨家授權給騰訊，依雙方約定方式使用，並授權騰訊對侵權對象採取包括但不限於訴訟等維權措施。
6.限制條款(解除者不適用):無。
7.對公司財務、業務之影響(解除者不適用):預計提高音樂授權收入。
8.具體目的(解除者不適用):由騰訊在中國網路的影響力，推廣音樂、推動市場正版化，對未經本公司授權之對象採取維權措施，減少網路上未經授權使用錄音及視聽著作狀況，有助數位音樂市場秩序的建立。
9.其他應敘明事項:合約起始日自本公司原數位音樂授權對象合約到期日之次日起生效。
