警界驚爆性醜聞！　菜鳥女警遭性侵墮胎

警界驚爆性醜聞！副所長竟然性侵菜鳥女警，而且被害女警還因此懷孕被迫墮胎；全案經彰化地方法院審理後，依乘機性交罪判處有期徒刑4年。全案仍可上訴。

根據了解，涉案的是彰化縣一名擔任分駐所副所長的40歲已婚警官，他在前年12月間，開車搭載剛到所任職僅1個多月的30歲未婚女警到友人住處飲酒直到隔天凌晨。

但沒想到，當他開車搭載女警要返回租屋處時，卻因看見女警醉態起了色心，當下直接將車子開到汽車旅館內，性侵得逞。而性侵過程中，女警一度察覺有人親吻嘴巴而驚醒，將其推開後躲入廁所，不過卻發現下體有精液流出。

案發後，被害女警發現自己懷孕，不得已只好自行墮胎，而她事後原本不願聲張，沒想到還是陸續遭到騷擾，因此提告。全案經彰化地方法院審理後，依乘機性交罪將涉案的副所長判處有期徒刑4年。
