你要先了解為何頭皮會出油
根據專家介紹，頭皮和臉上、胳膊上等其他部位的皮膚是一樣的，同樣有油性、中性、乾性之分。當我們是小孩子的時候，是不會有頭皮出油、粉刺、痤瘡等皮膚問題的，可到了青年，隨著雄性激素的分泌，慢慢地就開始被它們“糾纏”了。
頭皮出油也是正常的生理現象，一定量的油脂會對皮膚起到保護作用，但分泌過量就和青春痘一樣成了惱人的問題了。其實，頭皮的皮脂腺分泌量高於臉部皮膚，即便是與最容易出油的額頭相比，也幾乎是它的2倍多。導致國人頭皮越來越油的原因主要有：
1、吃得油膩、辛辣，不良生活習慣。

2、頭髮洗得太勤也出油。

3、有些洗髮水不能控脂反而加劇出油。

如果可以改善上述這些問題，頭髮油膩的狀況應該就可以大幅改善，要選去油洗髮精的話，我個人推荐你可以用用磡伊賀本去油洗髮精，天然的應該不會傷頭皮，而且現在可以無效退費，可以試用看看.
