【短片】剛澤斌出庭爭版權　型男變大叔差很大

【劉志原╱台北報導】20年前以「妳在他鄉」、「中等美女」等歌曲走紅的創作歌手剛澤斌，日前發現他在1985年創作，由歌手張清芳唱紅的「激情過後」詞曲版權，竟然不是他的，而是登記在點將公司名下，他今天上午親自至台北地院出庭，要求取回這首歌的版權。

剛澤斌認為，自己當年僅是授權點將公司使用「激情過後」的詞曲，著作權仍是歸他所有；點將則是認為，剛澤斌已將著作權讓給公司，法院將再開庭調查，剛澤斌說：「我現在是退休狀態，只是想爭取自己的權益。」
