奧林帕斯案宣判 3前主管獲判緩刑

日本東京地方法院今天(3日)就日本照相機製造公司奧林帕斯(Olympus)隱匿17億美元巨額虧損案，進行宣判；奧林帕斯的3名前任主管分別被判處2年6個月至3年不等的有期徒刑，但都實施緩刑。

擁有93年歷史的奧林帕斯於2011年11月承認，從1990年代起，就有一小批公司高級主管以浮報企業併購顧問費的方式，隱匿公司投資證券的虧損。

去年3月初，東京檢方以隱匿巨額虧損的罪名，起訴奧林帕斯、奧林帕斯前任社長菊川剛(Tsuyoshi Kikukawa)和另外2名高級主管森久志(Hisashi Mori)、山田秀雄(Hideo Yamada)。

去年9月，東京地方法院開庭，菊川剛等人全部認罪；菊川剛並且當庭為犯行道歉，表示願意為本案負起全部責任。

今年3月，日本檢方對菊川剛具體求處5年徒刑，並要求對奧林帕斯處以10億日圓(約1,060萬美元)罰金。

東京地方法院今天宣判，菊川剛和山田秀雄分別被判處3年徒刑，森久志被判2年6個月，但都沒有立即發監執行的時間。
