北市「天母國小附近地上權案」　可規劃旅館醫療使用

【顏嘉瑩／台北報導】由台北市財政局公開招標的「台北市天母國小附近國有土地設定地上權案」今舉辦招商座談會，預計在8月正式公告招商。

台北市財政局局長邱大展表示，此地設定地上權使用年限為70年，基地面積1179坪，相當難得，除可帶動土地活化、帶動就業機會，同時提升天母地區發展。

高力國際董事總經理劉學龍認為，該基地附近有醫療、教育設施，周邊設施可輔助未來基地發展。

「台北市天母國小附近國有土地設定地上權案」依照土地使用分區管制及《國有財產法》規定，不得開發出售及經營住宅使用，僅得做一般旅館、醫療保健設施、產後護理機構等使用，並開放給台灣、外國、大陸公司投標。
