台紐經合協定 今下午一點半簽署

我國預定台北時間今天下午一點半，以「台澎金馬各別關稅領域」的名義，在紐西蘭首都威靈頓的「威靈頓維多利亞大學」，由駐紐西蘭代表常以立代表政府與紐西蘭簽訂「台紐經濟合作協定」。據了解，簽署的場地由紐方指定...（戎華儀報導）

我國以「台澎金馬各別關稅領域」的名義加入世界貿易組織（WTO），這次與紐西蘭簽署經濟合作協定，就是在WTO的架構下談判，因此ANZTEC的全稱是「臺澎金馬個別關稅領域與紐西蘭經濟合作協定（Agreement between New Zealand and the Separate Customs Territory of Taiwan, Penghu, Kinmen, and Matsu on Economic Cooperation, ANZTEC）」。

協定的內容共分二十五篇章，牽涉廣泛，對內涉及十七個部會，涵蓋農業、經貿、航空、就業、文教、影視、服務業等產業，這也是我國首度與非邦交國簽署的經貿協定。

雙方預定七月十號台北時間下午一點半、紐西蘭當地時間下午五點半舉行簽署儀式，我方由駐紐西蘭代表常以立代表簽約，同一時間台北也安排現場轉播。

據了解，簽署儀式的地點並不在紐西蘭政府的官署，而是由紐西蘭方面指定在威靈頓維多利亞大學舉行，不過我方基於簽署協定後的實質效益，因此最後沒有在場地上過於堅持，同意紐方的安排。
