手機刷卡血拼　一嗶免簽名

【柯長錕／台北報導】看準行動付款商機，加上金管會政策鬆綁，未來不用實體信用卡，NFC(Near Field Communication，近距離無線通訊)手機信用卡將愈來愈夯。

中華電信5月份率先和國泰世華銀行、MasterCard搶先開辦，遠傳也於今(8)日宣布和遠東商銀、合作金庫、MasterCard和VISA合作，消費3000元以下免簽名，並推出整合信用卡、悠遊卡和優惠券等專屬APP，但目前均僅開放內部員工試用，預估明年才可望於市場普及。

不過，想辦手機信用卡其實也頗麻煩，需要一支具MasterCard或VISA等發卡機構認證的NFC手機，同時向電信業者申辦SWP-SIM卡，和發卡銀行申請信用卡，核卡後，透過OTA(Over The Air，空中下載)方式，將信用卡資訊傳輸到SWP-SIM卡，並透過各家建構的行動付款APP，即可感應刷卡付款，而信用卡額度和刷卡方式則依各發卡銀行規範。
