如何匯出outlook express通訊錄並匯入

我想要匯出outlook express的通訊錄(csv.檔),

總共1千多筆,

要匯入另一台電腦的outlook2010,

但只能匯出不完整的通訊錄(150筆),

請問是我哪個步驟錯了嗎?

之前我匯出的檔案是WAB檔,

但outlook2010匯入時卻讀不到WAB檔,

請問是只能用csv檔嗎?
