蘇力來襲 最快周四晚上陸警

（中央社記者汪淑芬台北9日電）中度颱風蘇力朝台灣方向移動。中央氣象局今天上午預報，最快11日可能發布海上颱風警報，下午研判最快11日晚上就會發布陸上警報，首當其衝的是北部及東北部。

氣象局說，蘇力從昨天形成後，強度持續增強，行進方向及速度都未改變，確定會對台灣構成影響。

蘇力下午中心位置是在鵝鑾鼻東方近2000公里海面上，以每小時22公里速度，往西北西移動。

氣象局說，11日白天就可能針對東部海域發布海上警報；如果蘇力移動方向及速度仍不變，11日晚上到12日凌晨，就會發布陸上颱風警報，首當其衝就是北部及東北部。1020709
