蘇力今晨3時登陸 預計上午8時前從桃園出海

【許敏溶／台北報導】中颱蘇力今天清晨3時從新北市及宜蘭縣交界處登陸，目前暴風圈仍籠罩全台，為台灣各地帶來強風暴雨，彭佳嶼測得17級強陣風，基隆也有15級，而苗栗縣南庄鄉剛剛更出現1小時降下約120毫米的驚人暴雨；預計今天上午8時前蘇力中心將從桃園、新竹附近出海，傍晚起台灣本島逐步脫離蘇力暴風圈。

 

氣象局預報中心簡任技正伍婉華說，蘇力今天早上6時中心在台北西南方約 30 公里處，以時速24公里速度向西北移動，颱風中心登陸後受到地形破壞，中心強度有持續減弱趨勢，但蘇力如氣象局預期，為各地帶來強風豪雨，竹苗山區過去24小時已經累積超過500毫米的驚人降雨，目前颱風中心仍在台灣，民眾要嚴加防範。
