先來看看原廠有關變速的資訊：

RAPID 2
速 別 — 27
前變速器 — SHIMANO FD-R 9S
後變速器 — SHIMANO Tiagra

所謂升級，是至少要105等級以上的。升級要換的東西很多，你要考慮價錢，10000可能不夠。

105以上都是10速，跟你現在的9速系統不同。要換的東西有：左右變把(沒人在賣單邊的啦)、前變速器、後變速器、飛輪、練條。105有支援30速的，就是3 X 10，這樣你不用換大盤，如果要換ULTEGRA 20速，或更高等級的Dura Ace 22速的，你的前三盤大盤都要換，必定超出預算。一定又人會說，三盤拆一盤用20速，這樣也可以啦，但是前三盤跟前兩盤變速拉線比不一樣，不保證變速能調得順，這個要先考慮清楚。

你的大齒盤是SHIMANO FC-R453 50/39/30T， 恕小弟愚魯，找不到可以拆一盤用20速的相關文件，所以要省錢只能上30速套件。土砲硬改20速只是自己找麻煩。

105 變把ST-5703 支援前三盤，不用換大盤，要價約5000元。

105 RD-5600 後變速器 約1000元

105 FD-5603 前變速器 約600元

105 CS-5600 飛輪 約1000元

105 CN-5600 10速鍊條 約550元

以上都是零件錢，不含安裝調整工資，這應該是最少的方案了，您參考看看。
