依您的身高體重來看是穿XL比較合身 
 
但每人穿衣習慣不同 有人練的比較壯些 就喜歡穿很貼身 顯露身材
 
有些人喜歡穿合身或寬鬆不一定 所以依你自己試穿感覺是最準確
 
他們T恤都是純綿的 下水洗經過拉扯多多少少會變鬆 但不會差太多
 
所以 直接拿自己試穿覺得合適的尺寸即可
