華碩, 你們家的客服人員累了嗎?

事情是這樣的

上個禮拜發現9800GT壞了 打0800電話給華碩 表示可以送修

結果這禮拜顯示卡回來了 一樣是9800GT 卻發現接幕的接頭不對 要有一個轉接頭才對 結果我沒辦法接

7/23致電給華碩 表示會反應上去 會回電給我

下午接到一位客服人員問我詳細問題後 表示會寄一個螢幕轉接頭給我

7/25晚上看到掛號來了 結果我拆開一看 怎麼是顯示卡上面的電源接頭 6Pin轉4Pin接電源的

再打一次0800 表示明天才會回電...

華碩 看來你們的客服人員累了
