『坐禪』是不是佛陀當「沙門」養成的習慣 ✯

您好：
沙門原義為能捨離世間貪愛、斷除停止種種不善之惡法、已滅除種種有漏 的染污的法。
印度教皆以沙門作為出家修道者的代稱。

坐禪的功行是禪淨雙修，不談說經論上的話語，不講說
公案典章，行住坐臥都止於內心的穩定與放下萬緣
禪坐是內心的修持與最高境界，
從省覺習氣開始
由有我、無我、到超我...由忍定轉化習氣

坐禪不需要由沙門期養成
而是佛本身就有這樣的特質與功德，
一般在家人也能有這樣的功力
而非由沙門養成的功夫與習慣

習慣
是來自天生的習氣 與後天環境所促成
