天花板出現裂/水痕 請問該如何處理?

近日 連日大雨

導致天花板 出現裂/水痕

讓小弟十分的傷腦筋

想請問各位大大

是否有方式能讓其不再出現

或給小弟一些建議

PS 1~4為天花板 (天花板上去即是頂樓

最後兩張圖為 房間牆壁 之前因為重新油漆

可是因為水氣排不出去(外頭有上防水漆 但不知道有無效果..) 油漆一直龜裂 故將油漆部分刨除

想請問有經驗的大大們 這該怎麼處理呢

還請各位幫個忙..
