請問早期宮縮和太瘦有關係嗎？

太太目前懷孕18週，很瘦，162cm/44kg,從懷孕開始，因為孕吐，一直沒胖，肚皮也一直是緊緊的。產檢時醫生說小朋友很健康，子宮頸長度正常。直到快18週時，因腹部漲痛，做宮縮檢查，就建議注院安胎，現在正住院中。因所有檢查都正常，醫生也說原因不明，有可能是子宮排斥，當週數變大時，早產機率就更大。我查了資料，第十八週開始胎兒會快速增大，若太瘦且食慾不佳的孕婦，會不會因為脂肪太少沒有空間給子宮膨脹，所以壓力增加導致宮縮現象？謝謝。
