義大利朝聖巴士翻覆 至少36死

一輛載著朝聖者的長途巴士28日晚間在義大利南部，在和多輛汽車發生衝撞之後從天橋上翻覆，掉入30公尺深的深谷斜坡。據救難人員說，至少36人死亡。

失事地點位於義大利南部坎佩尼亞(Campania)地區的阿韋利諾(Avellino)附近，救難人員說，這輛巴士在掉落山谷之前，曾和多輛汽車發生衝撞，部份乘客可能在它墜落之際被拋出車外。

救難人員表示，他們已從巴士殘骸中拖出33具屍體，另外又找到3具遺體，並發現11名傷者。

消防隊主管安多洛(Pellegrino Iandolo)告訴SKY TG24電視台，他們正竭盡全力拯救人命。

義大利新聞社(ANSA)的攝影師阿貝特(Cesare Abbate)表示，他從天橋往下看，失事現場約有30具覆蓋白布的屍體，排放在路旁。

至於義大利官方則不願證實這起意外的死傷人數。一名警方發言人告訴法新社，他還無法確認有多少人罹難，救難人員還在將乘客從車內拖出來。至於事故現場的那不勒斯-巴利(Naples-Bari)高速公路則已封閉。

根據義大利「共和報」(La Repubblica)、和「晚郵報」(Corriere della Sera)報導，巴士司機已經死亡，傷者中有數名孩童。而現場目擊者說，這輛巴士似乎出現煞車問題。
