刷洗炒菜鍋時，為什麼水總是黑黑的？

最近才比較注意到：

家中的炒菜鍋，不論是炒葷的或素的；炒一道菜或五道菜；
事後滴兩滴洗碗精刷洗時，鍋中刷下來的髒水總是黑黑的！

但是，盛同樣的菜的碗盤，同樣使用相同的菜瓜布和洗碗精刷洗，那髒水，
卻是比較清！

聲明：
每次在滴洗碗精入鍋或碗盤前，會先用清水沖一下鍋子後才滴洗碗精才接著刷；所以，刷洗時，不會有殘餘的菜渣鍋巴在鍋子內！

我的炒菜鍋看起來應是不锈鋼的，沒有任何生锈的情形；
大約用了三年多

請問：

我的炒菜鍋有沒有可能像前數日台鐵爆發的便當盒事件一樣：
成份不純的問題？
(例如：含有會脫落、傷人身的金屬物質)

要如何判斷炒菜鍋成份是否有問題？
