新家坡 樟宜機場 轉機問題

請問，我要去澳洲，中間會在新加坡轉機五個小時~
因為是第一次自己出國，有幾個問題想問!
1.當我下飛機之後，應該先去拿行李嗎?
會不會不小心出境?

2我想要逛T1 T3，是在check-in之後，還是之前呢?

因為沒有出國過，所以來問問 謝謝
