蕭淑慎術後急剷肉　po減肥招術

【蕭孜玹／台北報導】蕭淑慎術後復胖2公斤，168公分的她，目前體重約51公斤。她昨在臉書激動po文，宣告要回歸魔鬼減肥生活：「從開刀結束後、被爸媽跟寶貝豬一樣餵養…減肥日記、明天開始，為期一星期、目標、二公斤！」

她今早施行減肥計劃，早餐吃了火腿三明治加狂喝水，網友留言希望她能分享減肥招術，她接著po了營養師給的減肥參考說：「但我個人是覺得太慢了，所以我都會用更激烈的方式，但其實不是太過於急於減重的朋友我會認為照這個方式就可以瘦的很輕鬆也很健康。」
