陸公安酒駕 稱對岸機車免罰

（中央社記者林瑞益新竹18日電）大陸籍孫姓男子酒後騎機車遇警察攔檢，他卻說，在大陸抓酒駕，只抓汽車不抓機車，只要不肇事，不會搞到要上法院。

新竹市警察局第二分局今天表示，埔頂派出所警員凌晨在新竹市光復路取締酒駕，查獲孫姓男子酒後騎機車，孫男說，他只喝了半瓶高粱酒。

警方說，當時孫男騎著機車載太太，看到警方臨檢，還企圖與太太更換騎車，全程都被警方蒐錄。經清查，孫男於今年7月申請來台依親，他的母親已取得台灣身分證，在台擔任看護工作。

孫男說，他以為台灣跟大陸一樣，只會取締汽車酒駕，沒想到因此被抓，還要被罰款。經警方告知台灣法令後，孫男只好乖乖配合酒測，全案依公共危險罪移送偵辦。1020818
