有串證之虞 洪案3被告遭收押

最新消息！桃園地院考慮范佐憲、何江忠、徐信正等3人有滅證、串證、偽造之虞，決定將他們全部羈押，何江忠妻聽到此消息，不僅痛哭失聲。

桃園地方法院於23日上午首度開庭審理洪仲丘案，對於相關案情目前已轉為污點證人的憲兵官郭毓龍當庭表示，是范佐憲「硬要關」洪仲丘，而何江忠則強調自己是因「基於部屬的信任」沒有細看就審核通過，坦承有疏失。

其中，何江忠與妻子上午才自信滿滿、手牽手走進法院，現今何妻一聽到此判決，不僅痛哭失聲。
