洪仲丘案3被告遭羈押　洪姊肯定法官表現

桃園地方法院23日裁定洪仲丘案3名被告何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲收押，洪家人知道結果，表示感謝，另外，對於外界質疑女法官資歷過淺，經過一整天的審理下來，洪姊洪慈庸表示相當肯定三名法官的表現。

據報導，洪慈庸24日受訪表示，洪仲丘案經過50多天，終於看到了一絲曙光。她表示，在筆錄中可以發現有兩名憲兵官試著阻止將洪仲丘送禁閉，但在有心人士操弄下，即便資料不完全，弟弟還是被送到禁閉室。

洪慈庸認為羈押庭中，所有人的陳述都不太相同，而陳以人是所有涉案人中最精明的，希望他可以還原「串證大會」情況，另外，洪慈庸指出，面對外界批評負責審理洪案的3名女法官，雖然年輕，但她表示，雖然較少提問，但感覺出來準備充分，對卷宗了解深入，洪慈庸給予高度肯定，也希望案情可以越來越明朗，早日水落石出。
