近來小蝦在家樂福中元節促銷廣告上，25秒內模仿了黃立行、費玉清等人，酬勞50萬。他因父親的產權糾紛，已半年無法領取收入，「拍廣告的錢也沒進我口袋，我只希望這些錢，對產權糾紛有幫助。」他與對方溝通，希望本月能解決。

今年，他諸事不順，台視《百萬小學堂》熄燈，又失去台視《金牌麥克風》主持棒，父親接著陷入產權風波。「就像任爸說的『生命寧願有高低起伏，不要總是平順，才有多點歷練』。」他笑著說：「有時就是這麼巧，我為了拍片，戴牙套、整臉型，結果一上主持台，連話都說不好，NG連連。」他已學會遇到挫折盡力泰然面對。
