黃志芳：台灣應有前瞻國家戰略

民進黨今天舉辦八年執政研討會，外交部前部長黃志芳說，他卸任至今5年，不曾批評馬政府外交，「因為我坐過那個位子，知道不容易」。

黃志芳表示，朝野兩黨應跳脫政黨政治看外交，面對近年亞洲情勢重大變化，美國、日本、中國都在調整外交政策，應檢視台灣是否有前瞻性國家戰略，外交政策是否切合21世紀網路科技時代需要。
