廣告不實涉詐　檢警2度搜索胖達人

胖達人停業第二天，檢警再度上門搜索帶人，褪下烘焙麵包的白制服，低著頭快步走進市刑大，25日一早，胖達人敦南店王姓店長和汪姓麵包師傅，雙雙遭約談，因為添加人工香精，胖達人廣告不實遭重罰，檢方也介入偵辦。

24日胖達人貼出公告，暫停營業3天，當晚檢方率先發動搜索，突襲總公司，一口氣查扣採購帳冊、相關文件物證，董事長、總經理、會計、財務4人先後接受訊問，直到凌晨2點。胖達人總經理徐志鴻：「來當證人來配合作筆錄。」

標榜食材純天然，胖達人被衛生局揪出，一共使用9項人工香料，就連號稱自己發酵的酵母粉疑似添乳化劑，有問題，而且早在事發前，先換掉董事長兼創辦人莊鴻銘，改由徐洵平接任，時間點似乎不單純，市府更主張胖達人涉嫌民生詐欺，要求檢調單位徹查到底。
