筆電卡在開機之後的畫面

我的筆電可以開機進入工作畫面
可是左方的工作畫面都無法跑出來

而在下排的工作列表按右鍵 他就整個卡住游標變成讀取中的圖案

然後強制關機之後重開機
選擇安全模式 卻又畫面完整 (我現在就是用安全模是含網路功能再發問...)

求救阿> _ <
