手機號碼忘記

我先敘述我的問題!
前幾天我到7-11門市辦理月租型門號(140+500)學生優惠
辦理完的時候我只領了SIM卡就離開門市
一直到手機來了 然後發現SIM卡大小不能用(新手機要使用NANO SIM)
於是我就請人幫我剪成NANO SIM
結果SIM卡還是不能使用
然後我就打去克服請7MOBILE幫我換卡
但是他要求要我先提供手機號碼
問題就來了
我身邊目前沒有有紀錄手機號碼的東西
辦好門號的時候我也沒有特別記下來
SIM卡又剪小了 目前也沒辦法插別的手機撥打(看號碼)
現在我該怎麼辦??
我跟客服人員說我可以提供相關證件證明我是辦理的本人
但是他還是說要手機號碼
請問有什麼方法可以查詢手機號碼嗎?

搞得我都想要退租直接去辦別家電信了
