三不管地帶的西土庫中排 坍方嚴重

台南市新營區西土庫中排位在新營、鹽水交界處，康芮颱風期間，旁邊地基遭大水沖刷淘空致坍方嚴重。當地雞農趙豐參今天說，之前就有坍方情形，但向新營、鹽水區公所反映都未獲回應；市府水利局表示，會派人前往查看，迅速進行復建工程。
