台灣宗教百景票選 嘉義縣13處票選

內政部舉辦「台灣宗教百景」全民票選活動，嘉義縣有多達十三個有形及無形文化資產參與票選。嘉義縣政府今天強力號召縣民主動投票，希望讓在地的宗教景點有機會出線，成為全國性的熱門觀光產業。

嘉義縣宗教人文活動豐富多元，文化觀光局提出票選宗教禮俗祭典有鄒族戰祭、民雄大士爺廟（大士爺祭典）、布袋新塭嘉應廟（衝水路、迎客王）、新港奉天宮（天上聖母元宵遶境）、過溝建德宮（火燈夜巡）、朴子配天宮（御賜燈花）、布袋鎮洲南鹽場（謝鹽祭）、布袋魍港太聖宮（海上會香）、太保福濟宮（七星娘娘聖誕）、六腳娘媽堂（聖誕千秋）、縣定古蹟樹靈塔、縣定古蹟半天巖紫雲寺、國定古蹟新港水仙宮等，總共十三個有形及無形文化資產都是嘉義縣內宗教禮俗一時之選。

其中，民雄大士爺廟大士爺祭典與基隆中元祭、屏東恆春搶孤、宜蘭頭城搶孤並列台灣農曆七月四大祭典，迄今有二百多年的歷史，是一項極具獨特性、豐富性的無形宗教資產。
