黃色小鴨　呂秀蓮：小心PVC引起智能低落

【政治中心／台北報導】台灣掀起黃色小鴨風潮，前副總統呂秀蓮今憂心指出，這隻全亞洲最大的塑膠鴨，是用840公尺長、重達1千公斤的加厚PVC塑膠布打造的。PVC含有大量塑化劑和鉛鎘等重金屬，極易引起生殖異常、神經失調，和智能低落，生產過程中常產生致癌毒物的污染。尤其為促進商機而大量銷售PVC周邊產品，孩童買回家把玩或舔食，恐怕對健康造成不良影響。

呂秀蓮在臉書上指出，不知當初設計者為何沒有考慮到環保與健康的問題？一切若只是為商機，商機可能成為危機，「希望主事的高雄市政府儘早注意這個問題」。

呂秀蓮表示，小鴨的顏色亮麗，模樣簡單可愛，據說有療癒憂鬱症的功效。不過，從電視上看起來，似乎天真的孩童和嬉哈的年輕人居多，真正有憂鬱症的人，大概不會老遠跑一趟吧。
