我很討厭運動，因為以前都很不忌口
我把自己吃得太肥了，我用過了很多種減肥方法
不是效果一點點而已，就是復胖變的更肥
我還曾經因為吃減肥藥吃到被送醫院去
真是為了減肥弄的這麼可怕，我覺得越來越沒信心了
對於減肥這件事，從來沒有成功過，減了4年了
到頭來錢都白花，沒有任何成就感
我就是想要瘦，因為我想穿上漂亮的衣服

我這一生運氣很好，認識了一位好朋友
