監聽風暴　法部將成立調查小組

【綜合報導】特偵組監聽風暴，法務部召開記者會滅火，法務部代理部長陳明堂表示，近期特偵組所涉及的監聽爭議，法務部將會召集相關單位，成立調查小組，蒐集有關特偵組這次所引發的監聽風暴資料。

陳明堂強調，所設立的評鑑委員會，是屬於「獨立」單位，並且不會限定某特定層級的人，將以「超然態度」行政面處理這次的監聽風暴。
