胖達人代言不實　檢方：小S為下波約談名單

檢方大動作偵辦胖達人炒股案，昨日不僅約談小S老公許雅鈞等五人，最後以200萬至500萬元不等交保，現在有最新消息透露，小S即將成為下一波約談對象。

北檢偵辦，昨晚（2日)襄閱檢察官黃謀信說明，懷疑5名被告早知道公司營運不佳，並涉嫌在基因國際發布利空消息前，大量出脫持有股票，藉此規避虧損上千萬元，，涉嫌內線交易行為。

小S因為為胖達人分店站台，強調麵包主打「天然」酵母，因此被外界認為是產品代言人，但在爆發麵包添加香精後，台北地檢署已經將她列為約談對象，要追查是否她代言不實，涉嫌詐欺或違反《公平交易法》。

胖達人開幕時曾邀請小S宣傳，她的老公和公公都是胖達人股東，不僅賣力宣傳，還在螢光幕前大口試吃，大力吹捧，許多人因看到有明星光環加持，因而購買，短短三年，胖達人就在兩岸三地開了21家分店，股價更是一飛沖天，沒想到今年8月，胖達人爆發香精事件，不少人把矛頭指向小S。
