公股行庫年終 最高4.4個月

銀行去(101)年獲利創新高，今年上半年8大行庫獲利也均超過去年全年的一半，隨著年終將近，公股行庫年終究竟怎麼分？財政部長張盛和表示，公股行庫年終獎金最高領4.4個月。

根據財政部統計，截至上半年止，兆豐金稅後盈餘為119.12億元，勇奪公股之冠，第一金為67.53億元、華南金為51.94億元，分居第二、三位，至於兆豐金去年全年稅後盈餘為215.33億元、第一金為101.18億元、華南金為88.71億元。

針對公股行庫年終獎金怎麼給，張盛和表示，公股行庫年終獎金最高為4.4個月，其中，年終獎金為2個月、績效獎金為1.2個月，盈餘目標若達成，則外加0.4、0.8、1.2個月，最高為4.4個月。
