亞洲經濟體 可望獲得喘息機會

〔編譯王詩韻／綜合報導〕葉倫接掌美國聯準會（Fed）主席職位，可能意味著中國、南韓等亞洲經濟體可暫時喘息，避免任何刺激措施縮減可能攪亂市場及導致資金外流。各國專家普遍表示樂觀其成，預估ＱＥ退場時機將延後。

彭博報導，南韓表示，期待葉倫「謹慎思考」美國減少購債規模對其他國家的影響；日本首相安倍晉三的顧問濱田宏一也預估，新任聯準會主席不會急於讓貨幣寬鬆政策退場；印尼央行副總裁說，葉倫的任命對當地和全球金融市場來說都是一項利多消息。

匯豐駐香港亞洲經濟部門共同主管范力民（Frederic Neumann）表示，「若聯準會從亞洲市場抽腿，恐招致一些嚴重的後果。但葉倫被市場認為可能會逐步縮減寬鬆規模，讓亞洲貨幣決策者有更多時間做準備，面對美國利率開始升高的那天。」

濱田宏一則認為，美國寬鬆政策退場時間延後的可能性，隨著葉倫接任主席職位而提高，恐導致日圓兌美元匯率走強，傷及復甦中的日本經濟。

日圓兌美元恐走強 不利日復甦

路透彙整各國市場專家對此消息的反應，多數認為對金融市場是個利多。多倫多道明證券公司（TD Securities）駐新加坡亞太研究部主管畢徹爾（Annette Beacher）表示：「市場樂於聽聞此消息，美元已適度走貶。從金融市場的角度看來，無人不喜歡看到葉倫接任。」雪梨澳洲聯邦證券（Commonwealth Securities）首席經濟師詹姆士（Craig James）說：「葉倫基本上會採取與柏南克相似的政策，意味著美元將維持在相對低點。」
