無照男騎車擦儀表板　撞飛三輪車賠38萬

【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市1名尤姓男子，日前騎乘機車行經北寧路時，尤男不專心低頭擦拭儀表，未注意前方1名騎乘三輪腳踏車的林姓男子，不慎將林男撞飛倒地，當場造成林男左恥骨骨折住院半年。
 
林男家屬提告民事損害賠償，提出醫療費與精神賠償共83萬元；全案經法院審理，尤男坦承自己無照駕駛，加上沒有注意路況才會釀禍；法官判尤男需付38萬元給林男，全案仍可上訴。
