宜蘭神將會暴力討債 3嫌羈押禁見

宜蘭檢警聯手偵破一個以李姓男子為首的「暴力討債集團」，這個集團藉「神將會」的名義，號召無業青年加入幫派，私下非法經營職業賭場和地下錢莊，在宜蘭和礁溪一帶打架滋事，從事暴力討債。檢察官訊問到案的7名嫌犯後，其中3人被裁定羈押禁見，另外4名被告，各以台幣3萬元交保候傳或押還監所。

宜蘭警方昨天宣布偵破一個以「神將會」名義，招攬無業青年加入，實際上卻當街毆打強押被害人的暴力討債集團，總共逮捕7名嫌犯。

警方透露，這個集團手段兇殘，除了以球棒毒打被害人之外，還會在半夜到被害人家中放鞭炮，或是到法院門口堵人，行徑囂張。
