法官稱「不傷身」　塑毒只賠120萬

【方翊倩／綜合報導】塑化劑風暴前年引發全台消費者恐慌，消基會替561名消費者向33家業者提出25億元創紀錄團體訴訟求償金，但新北地院昨僅判賠120萬6678元，其中一家廠商僅須賠償9元。

《蘋果》報導，新北地院昨引用衛生福利部的塑化劑衛教手冊，指稱塑化劑經人體代謝後，48到72小時就會排出，對健康沒損害，僅判賠120萬6678元，其中一家廠商僅須賠償9元。受害者痛批「把我們當乞丐」，撰寫手冊的醫師則罵「法官對塑毒認識不夠」。到庭聽判的消基會律師徐則鈺痛批：「衛福部在網站上公布這種手冊，讓廠商拿來作有力辯解，等於扯後腿，真是氣死了！」
